The Challenge
Newdoor Real Estate had what most Dubai brokerages have: a slow template website that existed, but didn't work. It ranked for nothing beyond the brand name, loaded in five-plus seconds on mobile, and every enquiry the business earned came from paid portals — rented visibility with zero compounding value.
The goal: own an organic channel. Rank for the property searches Dubai buyers and renters actually make, and convert that traffic without paying a portal for the privilege.
The Approach
A rebuild is only worth doing if the foundations change, so the project ran on three tracks:
- Engineering first. A complete rebuild on a modern stack — fast, mobile-first, structured-data-ready. Property listing pages, community guides and agent profiles all rendered server-side with clean, crawlable markup.
- Search architecture, not just keywords. The information architecture was designed from query data: community hub pages ("living in JVC"), transaction-intent pages ("2-bedroom apartments for rent in Business Bay") and long-tail editorial supporting both.
- On-page discipline. Unique titles and meta descriptions per page, breadcrumb and
RealEstateListingstructured data, image optimisation, internal linking that pushed authority toward money pages.
The Execution
The migration preserved every URL that had any equity and 301-redirected the rest. Core Web Vitals were treated as a launch gate, not an afterthought — image CDN, font subsetting and zero layout shift on listing grids. Post-launch, a monthly content cycle targeted one community cluster at a time, with rankings and enquiries reviewed against the same dashboard the leadership team used.
